Two men accused of murdering a Staunton man and leaving his body in Rockingham County are back in the Valley to face charges.
They made their first court appearance Thursday.
Brian Bingham and Justin Bindel were arrested last month in Jacksonville, Florida. On Thursday, a judge appointed attorneys to represent them.
The men are being held at the Harrisonburg-Rockingham Regional Jail without bond.
The two men are charged with murdering Michael Ryan Tolsdorf, whose body was found April 10 near Switzer Dam.
