A new trial date has been set in a case involving three alleged gang members.
Jahmaine Faqiri, Gregory Baker, and Ricky Parrish are accused of malicious wounding by a mob and gang participation.
They'll be tried together, starting January 26.
The men were arrested in November, days after Harrisonburg Police say a fight broke out at the Hunters Ridge student housing complex in the city.
They're accused of assaulting another man, shortly before the fatal shooting of Reginald "Shay" Nicholson.
None of these three are not accused of being involved in Nicholson's death.
