The case of a local firefighter who is accused of arson is headed to a grand jury in Shenandoah County.
Ryan Sullivan was arrested in April for his alleged participation in multiple arsons in both Rockingham and Shenandoah counties.
On Friday, he waived his rights to a preliminary hearing in Shenandoah County General District Court.
Eight charges were certified to a grand jury, which will be held July 15.
