The men accused in the shooting death of 20-year-old Michael Ryan Tolsdorf are one step closer to trial.
A Rockingham County grand jury handed up indictments Monday against Brian Bingham and Justin Bindel. Both are charged with first degree murder and face firearms charges.
Tolsdorf's body was found near Switzer Dam April 10. It's unclear how long before that date he was killed.
During a hearing last month, a witness testified that the three men were stealing electronics. He said the accused gunmen were concerned Tolsdorf would go to police.
A five-day jury trial is scheduled for late November.
