A judge has ordered a Rockingham county waste plant to comply with Virginia Environmental Regulations.
Virginia Attorney General Bob McDonnell filed a motion to get the Sheaffer International Waste Plant in northern Rockingham county to curb its pollution of the North Fork of the Shenandoah river.
The judge has set a time table for the the Illinois-based company to comply with Virginia's Environmental Regulations...
If the company does not comply, then it will be in contempt of court.
