Not only did the Mega Millions jackpot winner buy the lucky ticket in Frederick County, but one of 56 second-place winners bought theirs in the county near Winchester as well.
Of course, that prize is NOT 230 million dollars ... but 175-thousand will do.
Both winners remain anonymous.
The winning ticketholder bought the ticket at Red Apple Country Store, and that store will get about 25-thousand dollars from the Virginia Lottery for the sale.
The seller of the runner-up prize, Greenwood Grocery and Deli, gets a banner.
Bill Cowley, who owns the store, says he sold nearly 32-hundred dollars in lottery tickets on Friday.
