WHSV News 3 obtained the criminal complaint filed with the Hardy County Magistrate Court after the triple murder/arson case in Mathias, West Virginia.
The report details where the three victims' bodies were located. They were found after a thorough search of the home, after the fire was extinguished.
The medical examiner reported to deputies that all three victims, Chip Taylor, Allaina Taylor and Allaina's five-year-old daughter, had gunshot wounds to the head. He also reported damage to their fingers and hands.
When deputies searched the scene, they found bullet casings and a bloody pillow with apparent bullet holes. The pillow was located in a basement stairwell, next to the bodies of Chip and Allaina.
Deputies later were told about the heated custody battle between Chip Taylor and his ex-wife, Lorie Ann Taylor. Documents on each of the three kids the former couple shared, were located in Taylor's car he used to drive to Virginia each day.
The court documents also detail evidence found at the alleged murderers' home in Fulks Run.

I think that they should have to suffer painfully and slowly, death would be too simple of a way out for them. And Jail is too simple for them. Us tax payers shouldnt have to pay to keep them alive for life!! Justice for Kaylee Grace RIP sweet baby girl!
How sick can you be??? I've known the Kellers for over 20 years and this comes as ABSOLUTLY NO SHOCK to me. I really feel sad for all the victims.. May this haunt Keller and Taylor for the rest of their lives and beyond.
