Neighbors of the couple accused of three murders in West Virginia are shocked to find out what was allegedly being planned in the couple's Rockingham County home.

Nakia Keller and Lorie Taylor are behind bars, charged with killing her ex-husband, his new wife and her five-year-old daughter.

Deputies say they found a detailed plan for committing the murders after investigators searched the suspects' home in Fulks Run.

Along with the plan, they found a list of supplies including gasoline, a body suit, a firearm and pliers for carrying out the crime.

Neighbors are stunned that the crime was allegedly being planned by their neighbors.

"I know I talked to him and stuff, several times. I never thought they'd do that, nothing like that I mean. Never heard nothing out of them. Never hear them arguing or nothing," says Leon Conley, a neighbor across the street.

Nakia Keller has a court appearance schedule for Thursday and Lorie Taylor has her first appearance scheduled for Friday.

Regardless if she was meantally max'd out and I understand the love for your childen.but theres no excuse to muder a family and certinly not a 5 year old child her life was cut short because somebody hade a braking point. and as far as a fair trail thay are getting a fair trail.the 5 year old child drserves justice she did not desrve to die because of someones ignorance a child was mudered she definantly deserves the justice thats fair. and yes someone will pay.Thats sad when you go so low to muder a 5 year old child who really never had a chance at life.THATS DIGUSTING and there is no excuse for it no maatter what your going through.

WOW! How SAD...yes 3 more children as innocent as they are have lost yet another parent!Yet TWO communities and TWO states have convicted Lorie without a "trial"...shame! Who are you to throw the first stone? Yes nobody deserved to die the way Chip and his family did and somebody needs to answer for it! However these two people ALSO deserve a FAIR TRIAL and THEY WILL NOT GET IT HERE LOCALLY! I believe the TRIAL needs to be moved so far away from here! I knew both parents and it breaks my heart that the "COURT SYSTEM" and "MONEY" failed those 3 children...their lives will NEVER be the same, NEVER! So when you "death seeking" fools who have already convicted both parties are passing JUDGEMENT remember God forgives!I believe Lorie was mentally max'd out (no excuse)but her love for her children drove her to a point of no return. So before you "KILL/STONE" her to DEATH try to KNOW her and if you choose not to then DON'T sit there and PASS OFF your IGNORANT JUDGEMENT. Agreed someone will pay!
