JMU Lawsuit
Harrisonburg The group Equity in Athletics waited long enough... And now they are filing suit against James Madison University.

The EIA announced Wednesday that it will amend its complaint against the federal Department of Education to include James Madison University and its administrators as defendants.
The group will ask the judge to stop JMU from going through with the cutting of ten sports to comply with Title IX. The group's president says the university's response to the EIA's letter clearly rejects any solution short of litigation.

Why take the sport away after all these years.Instead of Jmu trying to buy up everything they ought to use that money on the sports and buy other property one at a time
