Bingham Pleads Guilty to Murder
Harrisonburg, Va. One of the men accused of murdering a man whose body was found near Switzer Dam earlier this year has pleaded guilty.

One of the men accused of murdering a man whose body was found near Switzer Dam earlier this year has pleaded guilty.
Brian Bingham pleaded to second degree murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony Thursday.
He was sentenced to 15 years in prison.
Bingham and Justin Bindel were indicted in August in the shooting death of Michael Tolsdorf of Staunton.
A hunter found Tolsdorf's body near the Switzer Dam in Rockingham County in April.
Bindel's trial is scheduled for November 30.
