Residents in Waynesboro have the opportunity tonight to share their opinions on the future of the Wayne Theatre.
The city council is holding a public hearing on the theatre tonight at its 7:00pm meeting.the council is considering transferring ownership of the theatre to the economic development authority.
Several residents have made donations to renovate the theatre, and the council has suggested spending up to one million dollars for the project.
