With changing holiday seasons, and especially the upcoming Christmas season, stores like Michael's see a lot of products rotating in and out.
The store hires a number of seasonal employees to help with the extra customer traffic as well as changing merchandise.
Many of the employees hired at Michael's are actually frequent shoppers themselves.
The hiring manager at the store says this is a win-win for the knowledgeable seasonal employees, as well as the store itself.
"It gets crazy from a seasonal stand point this time of year for us. That's why we bring on ten to 15 seasonal employees for here, for Michael's, just because like I said the freight becomes hot and heavy," says Chris Blose, the hiring manager at Michael's.
