Fred Thompson to Speak in Richmond

Former Senator Fred Thompson will speak in Richmond on Saturday.
Thompson formed an exploratory committee on Friday to consider a run for the White House. On Saturday he will speak at Richmond's annual Republican fundraiser.
Thompson is expected to announce that he will enter the presidential race during the 4th of July holiday.
President Bush helped raise $630,000 for state Republicans during a visit to Goochland County two weeks ago.
