Proposed Change to School Funding Formula
The governor is making a move that will ease the financial burden on some schools while possibly taking money away from others.

The governor is making a move that will ease the financial burden on some schools while possibly taking money away from others.
Bob McDonnell says he supports updating a school funding formula called the Local Composite Index or LCI. That formula determines how much state money each school district receives.
The proposed state budget freezes the LCI at its current level McDonnell says the formula should be updated.

This is good information but how about letting us know how this possible legislation affects the students in this area and whether it is positive or negative.
