Another Virginia county has passed legislation to stop illegal immigrants from settling there.
Loudoun County passed a law Tuesday that would check an immigrant's legal status, before providing county services. It is similar to a law passed in nearby Prince William County last week.
Loudoun County Supervisors also asked the Sheriff's office to work to deport criminals who are in the country illegally.
