The Woodrow Wilson Presidential Library unveiled a new World War I exhibit Thursday.
This exhibit has been in the works for a year, and the new section of the museum gives visitors a look at what it was like for soldiers to be in the trenches during the war.
After a slow winter, museum officials are hoping the new exhibit will give them a boost this spring.
Jarod Kearney, from WWPL says, "I think this brings us up to the next level, museum wise. We expect a good jump in visitors, and it applies to a range of visitors. older, younger, high school, all ages."
Wilson served as the 28th President of the United States, from 1913 to 1921, during the first World War.
