Heather Vernon of Harrisonburg loves her Civic, and she loved it's tires with custom rims worth an estimated $3,200.
Now she's upset, because she woke up Tuesday to find all four tires missing and her Civic propped up on two cinder blocks.
Vernon says multiple vehicle break-ins have taken place in her neighborhood along the 1000 block of Chicago Avenue.
"People are very upset and frustrated with the whole situation. Everybody around here works hard for what they have and then there are people out there like these people who do this type of thing," says Vernon.
Heather's family is offering a $1,000 to anyone with information that leads to an arrest. You can contact the family by calling 540-908-7332.
