A Waynesboro woman wanted for stabbing someone in the neck has turned herself into police.
Forty-two-year-old Kathy Ann Buie is accused of stabbing a man in the neck just before 3 a.m. Friday on Commerce Avenue.
She faces a malicious wounding charge.
The victim was taken to the University of Virginia Medical Center in serious condition.
Buie is being held without bond at the Middle River Regional Jail.
