ROCKINGHAM COUNTY, Va. -- One business near the Massanutten Resort is happy the government has reopened.

"I'm hoping that we're going to hit our fall numbers. It looks pretty positive at this point, so we're really excited. I really don't know why they couldn't have made this decision a month ago," said Lisa Whedbee, who is the owner of Skyline Cafe & Art.

With the Shenandoah National Park reopened, some of her customers from out of town have decided to extend their stay in the area. That means more business for her.
