Christmas Tree Farms May See Declining Business

Sometimes there is something just magical about bundling up on a cold day, walking through rows of pine trees and spending time with family to find that one perfect Christmas tree.

With the local economy still struggling, many Valley Christmas tree farmers are hoping consumers hold on to tradition, rather than buying their tree from large retailers.

Local farmers say they can offer something retailers can't: a family experience.

Some Christmas tree farmers in the area say last year was financially difficult, but they hope the holiday spirit will win over this year.
