Thousands of neighbors in the Valley were still without power on Tuesday afternoon.

With no electricity comes no air conditioning, which can be dangerous during hot summer temperatures.

One business that typically helps people beat the heat struggled just like everyone else to get back on their feet.

Air Conditioner Servicers in Broadway lost power Friday night when a Dominion power pole fell near the building crushing two vehicles and starting a four day power outage. Since then, the company relies on their cell phones to answer service calls while they endure the heat at their store.

Their goal is to get their customers serviced first.

“I am praying for everyone, that their service will be restored as soon as possible. We're fine here. I would much rather see the residents that have health issues and young children get their power restored before we do,” said Anna Halker, the office manager.

Until power is restored, they will continue to use their cell phones and answer as many calls as possible.
