Court Dates Set for Luray Pastor and Wife

LURAY, Va.-- A Luray pastor who faces charges of aggravated sexual battery remains in jail as of Tuesday.

James Daley's bond hearing is scheduled for Aug. 7.

His wife Margaret who faces charges of her own made a $25,000 bail on Friday.

According to the Page County Sheriff's Office, Margaret Daley operated an in-home day care located on Blue Ridge Ave. in Luray.

She faces a misdemeanor and a felony charge in Juvenile and Domestic Relations District court.

She has to make her first appearance in court on Aug. 5.

She declined to do an interview with WHSV. She said her lawyer advised her not to.
