A truck driver that killed eleven people in Kentucky is could now be responsible for some new regulations for truckers.

The cause of the 2010 accident revealed the truck driver was making a call with his cell phone and caused the deadly crash.

Now, the National Transportation Safety Board is trying to ban truck drivers from using their cell phones behind the wheel.

We spoke with several local truck drivers who say just because they drive big rigs, doesn't mean they are the only ones responsible.

One driver says no matter the size of the vehicle all phone distractions are dangerous.

The recommendation to ban cell phone use and texting now goes to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, as well as all 50 States.
