AUGUSTA COUNTY -- Starting on May 10th, the cafeteria at Augusta Health will undergo a major renovation, and it's expected to reopen in September. Temporary serving areas and alternate dining locations will be available on the hospital campus during that time.
Meal service in the cafeteria will end after dinner on May 9th.
Alternate dining locations are:
The first floor lobby of the Medical Office Building, in the area previously occupied by the pharmacy. This location will be open from 6 a.m. - 7 p.m. daily and will have a modified menu: daily hot entrée, starch and vegetable; limited grill sandwich options; deli sandwiches and salad bar. Packaged sandwiches, salads and parfaits will also be available.
The Atrium Lobby (main entrance) Gift Shop. This location, with assistance from the Auxiliary Board, will be open from 8:30 a.m. - 9 p.m., Monday through Friday, beginning Monday, May 13. It will serve limited grill options, soup, and packaged sandwiches, salads and parfaits.
Jazzman’s Bakery and Café in the Heart and Vascular Center lobby will be open from 6 a.m. - 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. Its menu includes specialty coffees, fruit smoothies, baked desserts and packaged sandwiches and salads.
Lifetime Fitness Café in the Lifetime Fitness Center is open from 6:30 a.m. until 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. Its menu includes made-to-order sandwiches and salads, as well as smoothies, coffees and bottled drinks.
