A Maryland man, charged with attempted first degree murder, will spend more time in Middle Regional Jail.
A judge with Augusta County Circuit court denied Jared Ross bond. A judge gave Ross a $20,000 bond earlier this week, but that was appealed.
Ross is charged with attempted first degree murder, malicious wounding and using a firearm in a felony.
Recently, Ross told jail employees about his affiliation with a gang in Maryland. He also said he is bipolar and has had homicidal and suicidal tendencies.
