AUGUSTA COUNTY, Va. -- Keith Evans Cox, 47, Stuarts Draft, is dead after a hit and run accident near Lyndhurst on Tuesday night at 8:10 p.m.
State police said Cox was riding a scooter on Mt. Torrey Road. He was hit and died from his injuries.
Troopers are looking for the person responsible. They haven't released a description of the car or person driving it.
