Police have determined the cause of a single-vehicle accident on I-81 Southbound near Exit 264.
Police say the vehicle contained three passengers: the driver, Kristina Shindyapina, her father, and one other passenger.
The driver's father, who was in the passenger seat, and another passenger in the back seat were airlifted to the University of Virginia Medical Center.
Police say the driver was fatigued and has been charged with reckless driving.
