CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) -- A Charleston teenager has been accused of making a getaway in a pizza delivery vehicle.

Charleston police say 18-year-old Matthew Gomez was arrested Friday night in woods behind a church after abandoning the vehicle during a police pursuit.

The car was stolen from a pizza shop's parking lot in Charleston. Police say the delivery driver had walked into the restaurant and left the keys in the ignition. When she returned, the car was gone.

WCHS-TV (http://bit.ly/RbkKEY) reports Lee is charged with grand larceny and fleeing from police. He was being held Saturday in the South Central Regional Jail. Jail records didn't indicate whether Lee has an attorney.
