LOWESVILLE, Va. (AP) -- A Nelson County teenager has died in an apparent swimming pool accident in Amherst County.
The News & Advance (http://bit.ly/13gCt1A) reports the 17-year-old's male's body was pulled from the pool in Lowesville on Thursday night.
Amherst County sheriff's investigator C.P. Smith says the teen was with another person in the pool at the time. But Smith says no foul play is suspect and the victim's body has been sent to a medical examiner.
The victim's name wasn't released.
