Dallas Chaplin is charged with first degree murder and using a gun in a felony. He's being held at the Rockingham County Jail, but on Friday, he told the judge he wants to move to Middle River Regional Jail to be closer to family. That change would be up to the county's sheriff.

Givi Dudunia is also charged in the case with being an accessory after the fact of a homicide and an accessory in using a gun in a felony. A judge denied Dudunia bond on Friday.

Police said they believe they've found the gun used to kill Graessle at Dudunia's home in Staunton.
