The Waynesboro Choral Society rehearsed one last time before their Christmas concerts on Monday and Tuesday.

The concert is called " Glorious Melody" and includes Holiday music.

A member said the event keeps the organization running.

She said the singers in the Choral Society are volunteers. However, they need to pay the orchestra to be part of the concert.

Martha Bliss has been singing with the group since it started 40 years ago. She's the oldest member of the group in age and membership.

" God has let me sing this long. I'm not young anymore, but I'm young at heart and it's really quite the experience to sing with these people. They are very good people," Bliss said.

The concert will be at 7:30 p.m. at the Waynesboro High School Auditorium.

It will be on Monday and Tuesday,

They will also be hosting a holiday music concert on Sunday to benefit Waynesboro's Salvation Army.
