Hillyard Teacher Gets Project 3 Grant
Broadway, Va. A Project 3 check was given out Wednesday at J. Frank Hillyard Middle School in Broadway.

A Project 3 check was given out Wednesday at J. Frank Hillyard Middle School in Broadway.
Selected programs from area schools are selected for Project 3 grants provided by WHSV TV-3 and locals businesses. The $1,000 check was awarded to Hillyard teacher Matt Morrow.
Rockingham Petroleum Cooperative made the donation and chose the winner.
Morrow will use the money for anti-tobacco education concerning tobacco use.
