Teacher Morina Lamb submitted a grant proposal for a program called Pride Pals.
She explains, "Pride Pals is a program here at Thomas Harrison Middle School that pairs students who have intellectual disabilities with students who don't, and it's been formed so that they can have friendships that will grow throughout the years, that will help them to be part of the school and the community."
