| Ingredients Needed: 1 stick unsalted butter 1/2 cup Honey 1 1/2 cup oatmeal 2 cups rice cereal or rice krispies 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds 1/2 cup chopped dried fruit (apples, cranberries, pears) 1/2 cup chopped nuts |
| Directions: Mix dry items in bowl. Melt butter and honey over low heat. Pour over mixture and stir until combined. Press into 8X8 baking dish. Chill at least 6 hrs , cut into bars. Serve with Milk if desired. |
