It was stadium makeover day at Spotswood High School. From about 7 a.m. Friday, students, faculty, and coaches spent the day cleaning up the stadium.

Volunteers even painted some of the buildings, including the ticket booth, press box, and concession stand.

Not much money was spent as the paint was donated by local companies. A new addition to the school was the logo being painted on the road.

"Look what's going on over there," says Mary Donnellan, the athletic director for Spotswood High School. "We have students, faculty, coaches out there working in a common project, laughing, talking, and bonding so there's a lot of positive things going on there."

Donnellan says the students can now walk to the stadium knowing they helped contribute to their school.
