After complaints and confusion surrounded the redistricting of many Rockingham County schools, parents are now reacting to changes in the bus system.
Thursday morning, the new students and parents of Cub Run Elementary were able to see how the changes in buses will effect their school year.
Many students have a change in pick up times, and some even have different locations for their pick up.
One parent says this year will be an adjustment for their morning routine, because she is now driving her son to school.
"Kind of makes me have to rearrange everything. I have to get the girls off, of course they'll be at Montevideo, and the drop off times are different, so dropping them off doesn't work either. So it makes it a little crazier in the morning,” says Crystal Ortiz, a Cub Run parent.
Although many students are anxious about meeting their new teachers, they also confess that they’re just as nervous about getting new bus drivers.
