Keeping Sex Offenders Out of Schools Save Email Print

Officials at Albemarle County Schools have a new system to keep sex offenders out of their schools.

Starting this year, visitors and volunteers are getting their drivers licenses scanned to make sure they are not on the sex offender registry.

The system is being tested in four schools in the county.

I think this is a great thing to do in all school,I visit my grandchildren schools and i think it too easy for anyone to get into a school.
