Parents in Moorefield, West Virginia will have to wait until next month to get a judge's decision in a school dress code dispute.
Moorefield Middle School's dress code was challenged by a group of parents, who say it violates students' constitutional rights.
The policy requires students to wear solid-colored shirts and pants and bans clothing with logos larger than an inch.
The hearing is scheduled for April 6.
