Harrisonburg
As the Valley remembers 9/11, several local groups came together Saturday for a night of prayer, poems, and music to make a plea for peace.

There were over 300 people in Court Square who were part of this 9/11 lament and call for change in US foreign policy. WHSV took two hours of video coverage and interviews from groups like Veterans for Peace and prominent leaders of the Harrisonburg community. I am sad that local media do not cover stories such as this given your coversage of other, much smaller gatherings in other small towns nearby. In my view, this is a loss of freedom of speech and self-censorship.
