Bison Building For Future

SWOOPE, Va. – Buffalo Gap has not made the postseason since 2009. The goal for 2013 is to help rebuild the foundation of the program, so getting to the playoffs is the standard.

Andy Cline's team returns 8 starters on offense, but just 4 on defense. Coach says the biggest question right now is how his young defense will respond. The Bison will be a young team, with half the roster still sophomores—22 in all.

Offensively Gap will run primarily out of a Pro-I formation, while defensively they'll stick to a 4-4 for most of the time.

The Bison are not focusing on wins and losses this season, just improving as a whole.
