20-Yard Dash: Page County

The Page County Panthers took two huge steps last season, winning two games for the first time since 2008 after three straight winless seasons.

Now that the players have tasted success, they are hungry for more. Some of the Panther faithful are even talking playoffs for this year's team. And its focus remains on just getting better everyday...

“We want to show people that we're trying to change the program around here,” senior outside linebacker Joey Comer said. “We want to get more people enthusiastic and get more people out here."

Head coach Joe Soltis looks to point his team in the right direction.

"The big thing is our kids believe they can win now. They know they can,” Soltis said. “They could have before, they just kind of lost that focus on winning the day. That's what we tried to instill last year was winning the day and carrying over with that."
