Lawyers for suspended NFL star Michael Vick headed back to bankruptcy court in Virginia Tuesday.
U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Frank Santoro scheduled a status hearing in Norfolk. Santoro rejected Vick's Chapter 11 plan earlier this month and ordered him to come up with a more realistic one.
Vick's first plan was based largely on his expectation of resuming his pro football career. But NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell has not said whether he will lift Vick's suspension after the former Atlanta Falcons quarterback finishes serving his 23-month sentence for bankrolling a dogfighting ring.
Vick is expected to move from the federal penitentiary into home confinement in Hampton next month.
