Chicago, Ill. John Mincone's stay at James Madison wasn't very long. Time will tell if his stay with the Chicago Cubs will be any longer.

John Mincone's stay at James Madison wasn't very long. Time will tell if his stay with the Chicago Cubs will be any longer.
The Cubs drafted Mincone, a left-handed pitcher who transferred to Suffolk County Community College, in the 11th Round of the MLB Amateur Draft, No. 350 overall.
Mincone played at JMU as a freshman in 2008. He went 1-3, with an 8.86 ERA in 11 appearances, but battled injuries all season.
Mincone went 6-1, with a 0.92 ERA this past season at Suffolk County.
