The nominees for the Valley League Play of the Week, for June 22-28:
- From Tuesday, June 23: New Market centerfielder Kevin Rufus crashes into the wall, taking extra bases away from Covington's Ryan Durrence.
- From Tuesday, June 23: Harrisonburg centerfielder Ryan Eden lays out to rob Winchester's Gabe Ortiz.
- From Friday, June 26: Luray shortstop Tyler Engle adjusts to the deflected ball in time to get Winchester's Kevin Garcia at first.
