Clemson's C.J. Spiller says he won't allow the emotions of his final home game and the 18th-ranked Tigers' chance at the ACC title game keep him from focusing on Virginia Saturday.
Clemson (7-3, 5-2) can clinch the Atlantic Coast Conference's Atlantic Division with a victory over Virginia (3-7, 2-4) or a loss by Boston College, which plays North Carolina.
The Tigers star tailback will open the game with a solo, Senior Day run down Clemson's famed hill at Memorial Stadium. Then he'll try and add to his impressive showings at Death Valley the past four seasons.
He'll have his work cut out. Virginia held the versatile Spiller to just 18 yards on 14 carries last fall, though he did throw a touchdown pass in Clemson's 13-3 victory.
