STUARTS DRAFT, Va. ---At Stuarts Draft, making the postseason has become a tradition. But according to head coach Rod Bowers, so have playoff “one-hit wonders”. In 2012, the Cougars are hoping their postseason includes one big win: a state title.

Stuarts Draft, will stick to what they know best, controlling the clock from their Wing-T multiple rushing attack. Bowers indicated up to eight or nine different players could carry the ball out of the backfield on a given night, giving the Cougars plenty of depth on offense. Defensively, not much will change from a team that fell in the second round of the playoffs in 2011.

The Cougars, are aiming high, hoping for a state title run in 2012, once again a tight knit group, focused on team, instead of individuals.
