Harrisonburg, Va. - Marymount put an end to EMU's season-opening winning streak Saturday, topping the Lady Royals by a final of 4-1 in Harrisonburg.

The game was a tale of two halves. The Saints controlled the first 45 minutes, netting four scores for a big lead at halftime.

Eastern Mennonite stepped up in the second half. In the 54th minute, forward Nora Osei (Springfield, VA/West Springfield) made a run and was taken down in the box, earning a penalty kick. The sophomore nailed the bottom right of the net for her fourth goal of the year.

The women got a few more looks at the net, but couldn't get another score.

Becca Borg (Gig Harbor, WA/Peninsula) made eight saves in goal for EMU. Osei, Carli Taylor (Germantown, MD/St. Johns), and Elisa Ott (Lancaster, PA/Penn Manor) each had shots on goal.

After a 2-1 start to the season, the Lady Royals hit the road for the first time and also venture into ODAC play with their next game. The women are at rival Bridgewater College next Wednesday at 4:00pm.
