Mike Tobey Sidelined With Mononucleosis

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – Virginia freshman center/forward Mike Tobey (Monroe, N.Y.) will miss tonight’s Atlantic Coast Conference game against Clemson and is out indefinitely with mononucleosis, Virginia head coach Tony Bennett announced Thursday.

Tobey is averaging 6.5 points and 2.5 rebounds per game in 21 games this season. He scored a season-high 19 points against Wofford and has led the Cavaliers in scoring in three games.
