OWINGS MILLS, Md. (AP) -- Baltimore backup quarterback Tyrod Taylor has trained with Michael Vick the past two offseasons, doing his best to absorb the knowledge his mentor has to offer.
The Ravens defense is putting that knowledge to use this week.
Baltimore plays Vick and the Eagles on Sunday and the Philadelphia QB is a challenge due to his playmaking ability when he runs. Taylor and Vick both played at Virginia Tech. He is not as accomplished as Vick but does possess similar skills. Taylor looks to run when the situation calls for it but still has enough arm strength to make plays in the passing game.
Taylor says he is "just looking forward to reenacting some of the things he does for his offense this week to get our team prepared."
