Inspired by a high school media class, Philip knew a career in Broadcast Journalism was his calling. After graduating from Longwood University with a major in Communication Studies and a minor in Political Science, Philip joined WVEC-TV in his hometown of Norfolk, Virginia as a Production Assistant in February of 2007. While at WVEC, Philip learned the ins and outs of television news behind the scenes while picking up tips and advice from the area's Reporters and Anchors.
Extremely excited to join the WHSV news team in June 2008 as the Augusta County Reporter, Philip looks forward to meeting and helping all the great people in the area.
In his spare time you can find Philip working out, playing Volleyball (and just about any other sport), laughing with friends, watching movies, and eating great food.
